Keith Wolfe is certified and/or degreed with experience in the fitness industry. Not only is he certified, but has gone thru comprehensive personal training schools to become certified. Unlike some trainers that just take a 2-day weekend seminar or do a home study course. This means Keith has had plenty of time to experiment before he gets to you.
